My guess would be that you don't have Qt5 development libraries installed.

I'd expect at least qtbase5-dev to be needed at a minimum.

If that's not an option, then USE_QTDEBUG=0 should disable building the Qt debugger.

Finally found a way to get some CP/M software on disk images the Octopus can read, and fixed some issues with Z80 banking, so you can run this on Concurrent DOS 4.1 now...

Added some colour, and got the status line in Concurrent DOS to work (needed SCN2674 command 0xA6 to be implemented, why does the Octopus use undocumented commands?)

If it's any help, here is a fork of XM6 (the original emulator's website no longer exists). Perhaps this might help in getting a working YM3802 core?
