Also, if you're on a system where -mt provided better video performance, try the new -video bgfx renderer; not only is it The Future which will soon provide all of the HLSL features on Linux and Mac, but it's properly threaded so it gets multithreading's performance benefits without destabilizing your X server or Cocoa desktop smile

And finally, MAME is now multi-lingual. It's still very much a work in progress, but if you're not a native English speaker MAME now (hopefully) speaks your language. And if it doesn't, we'll gladly accept .po files so it can smile

Oh, and we buried the lede a little: if you run with -cheat, there are now auto-fire options to save your thumbs...
