[0.175] Settings Lost

I've noticed a few times now (Windows version) that remapped buttons don't seem to hold. Whilst running Mame, everything is ok and even closing and re-opening Mame (within a few minutes of making changes) seems to be ok too. It seems that if Mame has been left for long periods of time (maybe a day or two), that this issue occurs. Maybe 0.176 fixes this but I'm running 0.175 due to the "Input General" offscreen bug. Anyone else noticed this odd behaviour? The buttons that I have changed are 5, 1, P and Esc.
