I now did a "fresh install/unpack" of MAME 0.229 to my MAME-Folder. Error is now gone.

Seems it was caused by putting different MAME-versions (64-Bit/32-Bit/MAMEUI/HBMAME etc.) into one MAME-Folder.

(MAME 0.229 under Win10 x64) rises Error: "drc_cache: Error allocating virtual memory"
