I've tried every setting from 1-8, with Bilinear on and off, and with Effect Default and Effect None. I took screenshots and compared in gimp. It works as expected with D3D and OpenGL. The difference between 1 and 3 with those video modes is so apparent I didn't even need to open gimp. Is this worki...

There was a "=" in the hash that I thought belonged there, but I guess it didn't as it worked after removing that.

Okay so it does have something to do with Joystick because when I switch that setting to Off in Advanced Options it no longer does this.
