Re: What Missing Files?

Thanks Robert, I just tried snes and it played fine through command line but I get that message one or more files are missing through mame gui. The software is stored in the default folder. Maybe I will need to look through the settings later. Cheers.

Re: What Missing Files?

Except it doesn't. The message that is displayed is "The selected software is missing one or more required files. Please select a different software". Where in that message Robert does it tell me the filenames that are missing?

Don't waste my time Robert.

What Missing Files?

I get the below message from QMC2 when trying to run software (SNES, PS1, etc) telling me there are two files missing but clrmamepro tells me no files are missing. Any idea what could be missing or how I can find out? Using the latest and greatest 0.218. Thanks. emulator #1 finished, exit code = 2 (...

Re: Software Lists

Thanks, turned out to be a wrong setting I had in QMC2. I've been a long time Mame follower but this is the first time I have delved into the MESS side. Pretty interesting...

Software Lists

I started looking into the Mess side of Mame today and trying to get C64 up and running. Software list is stored at mame\roms\c64\. How do you actually load software for C64. I can't get past the main C64 screen. Thanks.
