GPU requirements for 2nd monitor Marquee

I'm building a MAME setup that will display the marquee on a 2nd monitor. On the first monitor it will display the game and bezel with scanline and CRT effects.
Will standard integrated intel gpu be fine for this?
What do you think the minimum gpu requirements would be?
