Is there a kill screen in ZIG ZAG (Dig dug galaxian hardware) when 2 players are playing it?
The kill screen happened when the player two died.

Hrm. I tried to reproduce this, and indeed something funny is going on here. Using MAME 0.206 64-bit on Windows 10, I ran Zig Zag (both the bootleg 1 and bootleg 2 variants).

Steps to reproduce:

1.) Start Zig Zag
2.) Insert two coins
3.) Start a two player game
4.) Move player 1 to the left and upwards, towards the closest enemy (without firing) and run into it so you get killed.
3.) Do the same with player 2.
4.) Do the same with player 1 for the second time.

Result: A garbled screen, and an unresponsive game.

Interesting. I'll look into it and if I can find a clear regression - I'll post it at MAMETESTERS.org.
