HELP FULLSCREEN SWITCHING NOT WORKING AT ALL!

I'm using NegaMame variant (almost identical code base to official .224) /Negatron frontend setup, but I can't get my assigned-F hotkey to register its input by emulator, (I tried F key in OS-generic context), and I previously had default fullscreen working weeks ago. I hope to test if the fullscreen takes away performance instability (crashes). Thanks!
