moved to new computer, Now rom's don't work

I recently switched to a new computer, I moved all my games to that new computer, but now the mame games don't seem to work. I usually use Launch-Box to play arcade games but when I click on the game it first tries to "initialize" but then closes. I tried using the M.A.M.E. application proper (which I will admit I am not very good at using) and there are no games under "available" and if I try playing a game under "working" it says "The selected machine is missing one or more required rom or CHD images. Please select a different machine."
Do I need to show the M.A.M.E. application where to find some important file so it can work? My games are in a different location in my new computer.

Re: moved to new computer, Now rom's don't work

yes, you need to tell MAME where your ROMs are.
With standard MAME download from this site you go to "configure options" - "configure directories" - "ROMs", and select your ROMs directory.

That worked perfectly, thank you very much.
