Hi

I can read here the pause key is P: https://docs.mamedev.org/usingmame/defaultkeys.html

However no game I try in mame 0.231 is paused when pressing P.

Is this a bug?

You are not using MAME from MAMEDEV, then. AFAIK the MAMEUI remapped pause to another key (as I recall it is PAUSE/BREAK .. above the number pad area and next to "Scroll Lock" key). Please make sure you use MAMEDEV supplied integer binary if you want support from this forum in the future.

As I said before "I use mame from mamedev.org" and I can NOT pause any game using P.
How to solve this?
