No second display when ROM runs from UI

Hi,
I have problem with second dipslay on MAME 0.236 / Ubuntu / NVIDIA.
When I run ROM from UI menu, second screen is black:
When I run ROM from command line. eg. mame <rom_name>, second screen shown
Strange is this, when i setup three screens - all works fine.
