I want to play "Hyperdrive"

seattle.snd - needs redump
hyprdriv - not found


I have searched lot of archives and nowhere it is. Have You any wright location to download all complete files for Hyperdrive?


i have found CHD - 270 MB for this ROM complete and downloded it.

The term "needs redump" means the data there needs to be redumped and that is the best available (matching the hashes in the source code). Whatever is available in any "hyprdriv.zip" set + the CHD (hyprdriv.chd) should be enough to get it running. All info you need should be at the link below.

Even seattle.cpp driver, and I use MAME 0.237 as it has been described on this link and I have copied new .xml hash from 0.238 version to HASH directory. Still the game is not run.

hyprdriv - not found (???????)

You are confusing yourself. This has nothing to to with HASH folder.

Let us assume your rompath is at C:\MAME\ROMS
Put hyprdriv.zip in C:\MAME\ROMS (contains the rom dumps for the game)
Put the hyprdriv.chd in C:\MAME\ROMS\HYPRDRIV folder. MAME needs to know specifically where your data is, thus the folder is needed.

If you cannot handle basic rom placement, you won't be able to run anything in MAME.

Almost there. Everything is fine, special directory has been created - for CHD. Now, I have problem with BIOS selection. What now? (If I may ask You again).

Probably it should be - seattle.cpp - as driver. Where it should be copied?

Now OK. The GAME is running!!!!. I use MAME 0.200 and ok. Thank You very much!
