there is a way to check whice mame games have copyrights and which game are free to play ?

Yes, the free games are available here (only for personal use, NO commercial):
https://www.mamedev.org/roms/
All the others are subject to copyright restrictions.

Those are the only ones which MAMEDEV themselves have gotten permission from the IP rights holder to provide/host for FREE for non-commercial use. Beyond that, you are on your own to obtain things. Since this is a sensitive topic related to ROMS which may degrade into other things, this is being closed.
