I wondered whether there's a text file that contains all the updates to Mame since the very first version?

I thought it would be interesting to read them without having to click on each one first.

If not, I might create my own, I just thought if someone's already done it, then I'd save myself some time.

By updates do you mean what version a machine was added or something deeper?
There are already a number of different custom .ini files which sort things such as this: https://www.progettosnaps.net/index.php
Chances are you'll find anything you need if you browse around.

I assumed he was thinking a massive "whatsnew.txt" that contains everything since day 1. Does something like that exist?
