Hi There,
Dangerous Curves is a Games by
Taïto, and is somewhat a
Ridge Racer Clone
You can see an actual Dangerous Curves arcade machine here (it's near Kumamoto in Japan) :

You'll notice it a mixed cabinet with a car and a bike.
Actually, the game doesn't run on MAME, it only displays 2D :
This image is from a rather old version (snapshots reports 0.143u3).
Current MAME, when attempted, is clearly marked as NOT WORKING with no chance of being able to fix it from the end user standpoint.
Current status doesn't even show any graphics or boots properly (roms changed in 0.193) due to advancements of the driver concerning other machines using the same hardware, requiring more and more original data. Among this data is missing DSP dump (TMS320C51 internal rom data) for which will likely require a physical decapping (info:

It runs on a
Taito JC system, like
Side By Side,
Landing Gear and some
Densha De Go games. Those runs ok on the emulator, but Dangerous Curves doesn't...

Recently, I found a page that seems to have new dumps :
(LINK REMOVED)
This site you did link goes to a site which archives PLDs (info:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Programmable_logic_device ). All of those which were listed are already part of the romset that MAME expects, not hooked up into emulation, and will not change the presentation as it stands now.
Nothing you've posted is information which is not already known, unfortunately.
