MAME 290?

Hello, it has been two months and MAME 0.290 still hasn't been released. Has the development process taken longer than expected, or will new versions be released at longer intervals from now on? I just wanted to ask since there seems to be a delay.

Sorry my bad English.

EDIT: looks like it will be delayed for at least a month.

Re: MAME 290?

Is a "nightly build" available? The last one I found is from 03.08.

Re: MAME 290?

Yes, if you're a member of github, go to https://github.com/mamedev/mame/actions
then look for CI(your os), for example CI(Windows) with a green tick.
Click on it, on the next page scroll down to 'Artifacts' and download it.

You only get the executable - not any hash files or anything else that's included in a release. It's also really big, it hasn't been stripped of symbols.
