Does the MAME fullset already have all the ROMs with perfect dumps without bugs and errors in the ROMs? If the answer is yes, from which version of the MAME fullset do the games up to the beginning of the 2000s have complete full dumps without errors and bugs?

As Tafoid already told you in your other thread :

MAME tends to always trying to maintain the best, currently available romset which is reflected in the releases done.
In other words, despite older romsets being updated or changed, the latest version is the best.

So any romset below the latest released version of MAME doesn't have roms with perfect dumps of roms?

i have 0.260 fullset

When any mame release is made, it is done with what at that point in time is believed to be the best available. If in the future discoveries are made to contradict that, this will be updated to reflect the knowledge at that future point in time.

Yes, so you have already stated, repeatedly. In the time you have spend posting about it, you could easily have obtained the latest 'fullset' instead.

So ROM dumps of games from the 70s, 80s, 90s are still not perfect dumps in 0.260?

The latest dumps always have the best quality. Right now that's 0.272 dumps. Get those.
