I think the MAME official GUI depite your simplicity is very good for me.
But I ca't understand why there is no filters to "image" options!!
(Or I'm wrong )
I use only the extras Snapshots, Cabinets & Flyers...
But everytime I must to pass by PCB, Marquees, Control Panel, Title Screen... that I dont use!!
And, IMHO some of these fields are totally senseless (covers?)...
I think it would be very simple and practical to do a GUI Menu Option, where the users mark only what they using...

Images Field Filter:

( ) Snapshots
(x) PCB
(x) Title Screen
( ) Flyers
(x) Covers
(x) Control Panel
( ) Cabinets
(x) End

I think it would be very simple... and useful!!
