New Arcade and Gambling Artworks

Cherry Bonus, Caribbean Gold, Keirin Derby II, SSI Poker (v4.0)
* I have included NVRAM for Caribbean Gold if your having trouble
setting it up. Make sure you delete your current cgold.nvram
folder first. then place the new file in nvram folder.
If you copy over current nvram file you may end up with a tilted machine.
