Parent says 1997, but the '7' on title screen is in a different font and looks like a hack. All other versions say 1995. Original China and Hong Kong versions, drgnwrldv10c and drgnwrldv11h, include an option to change tiles between mahjong and symbols, plus a 'Sex Question' option in the dips which judging by attract mode asks you a question in Chinese while a cartoon sperm swims towards an egg. Also, the HK version patches out the protection checks itself unlike the other regions which have it patched out by MAME.
