This 1981 multi-game is by Food and Fun, but one of the 4 games named Galactic Convoy is a bootleg of War of the Bugs with graphics changed from bugs to space-themed. However, a game called Space Train by a company named Celv was added to Mame later that looks just like Galactic Convoy. It's listed as a clone of War of the Bugs, but it works without needing the parent, and is quite a bit larger. What's the relationship between all these games?
