Heavy Unit

Anyone know what if any changes there are to the USA Version of this Kaneko game? Many years later Kaneko released their 1000 Miles Rally games in USA versions which added cars and improved graphics and so forth, but I can't find any info about Heavy Unit. Was it just a title change or is it better than the original?
