Been a while - good front-end and cheats? (Windows 11)

Hello
It has been a long time since I have used MAME.
What are some good front-ends to use? And Cheat files are still around?
I am using Windows 11. So a Windows 10 one probably will work as well.

MAME itself has a pretty capable front-end currently baked in - so you may want to try that first. If not, here is a link to some suggested ones.

Cheats are still out there, no new package for the last couple years but still valid with current MAME.

How "good" is Launchbox that I keep hearing about? It a more all system kind of front end?
Not tried MAME in a long time.
Should install it and see what I might be missing.
