I'm running the latest MAME 0.249 running in Windows 10 but I can't seem to be able to implement the vector bloom settings. I've tried countless tutorials and even copied other people's vector.ini file but it just doesn't look any different. Should I update my graphics card drivers or anything? I'm trying to use this for Star Wars / ESB. I'm running this on a Dell Optiplex 9020 i5.
