I cannot turn on the Throttle option on menu for all games.

Also Throttle doesn't work if i turn it on inside menu.ini because the some games run at 101% to 104% speed! And then in menu stays off.

I think you mean the 'throttle' setting in 'mame.ini' (and not 'menu.ini) ? I am running 0.248, and can turn the option on through the mame menu, and by setting it to '1' in mame.ini :

In other words, I cannot reproduce your issue, but I am assUming (but you know what happens when we assume), that you are incorrectly setting it in the non-existent 'menu.ini' instead of 'mame.ini'.

I'm using 0.250 version and broke in this version.

You are right. I changed it to mame.ini.
