Prop cycle namco system 22 regression

In mame .251 for Android, prop cycle loads with corrupted graphics and then crashes retroarch after 2 seconds. In previous mame builds it worked fine. Just wanted to alert in case of possible regression!

Works perfectly fine on Windows using release 0.251 and 0.252 in testing. Boots/Credits and Plays without issue. Android platform isn't supported officially - same with retroarch "cores" of MAME. You'll need to contact them if you have issues with their ports.
