I wonder if there is a pgm3 driver still in the works. Because difference between the Knights of Valour 3 and the Knights of Valour 3 HD is not only the screen, but also the game content. So I hope to play Knights of Valour 3 HD on MAME in the future.

There is a driver in MAME. It is considered undeveloped (skeleton).

There are documented romset/media for Knights of Valour 3 HD version based on what has been dumped/released.
Will it work anytime soon? Unlikely. It a highly protected and encrypted game made in the early 2010's.
