I am using MAME 0.259 with Hard Drivin' and a Logitech G920 Wheel. I am trying to get my analog settings correct. Everything is working well except the steering.
When driving, the wheel has a huge deadzone until I get to about 30 degrees and then it seems to oversteer once steering registers. I have tried really high and low sensitivity and everything in between. I have also adjusted the Logitech wheel settings to improve and I can't get it right. I play the actual game at my friend's arcade and steering is really smooth compared to this.
I know the analog is registering because the game behaves well when I go enter my name or pick manual shifting.
These are my current settings and it is better, but still has deadzone and oversteer. Anyone know what is wrong?
