Delisted Leapster game

Hello! I heard that there is a Leapster emulator on here and was wondering if it's possible to recover a game that's becoming lost media. The game was titled I Spy Spooky Mansion and was a game that could only be downloaded on the Leapster Explorer App Store. Unfortunately, the game was delisted at some point so it's tough to find the game anywhere. If I provided links such as the purchase screen for this app on Internet Archive would it be possible to restore the game for the emulator?
